Booking terms
This translation is provided for information only. The French version alone is legally binding.
Terms applicable to bookings of furnished accommodation made directly on this website with INFINITY LODGE.
Last updated: 17 October 2026
1. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the rental of furnished tourist accommodation offered by INFINITY LODGE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €500, whose registered office is at 58 rue de Monceau, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 992 796 953.
Any booking made on this website implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. The contract is concluded directly between the guest and INFINITY LODGE, without any intermediary or platform.
These rentals are short-term seasonal rentals. They are neither a residential lease nor a contract governed by the French law of 6 July 1989, and they confer no right to remain in the premises.
2. Length of stay
Stays bookable online range from 1 to 30 nights. Some properties or periods require a longer minimum stay: it is shown in the calendar when you select your dates, and the booking engine rejects any request that does not meet it.
For stays longer than 30 nights, write to us at infinitylodgegroup@outlook.fr: such requests are considered case by case and are subject to a separate contract.
3. Booking
Bookings are made online. The guest selects an apartment, dates and number of guests, then enters their contact details. The summary shown before payment details the total amount.
The booking becomes firm and final once payment has been received, as evidenced by a confirmation email and by the tracking page accessible from the link sent to you. Until this payment is confirmed, no dates are blocked.
The main guest must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. They are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and stand guarantor for everyone staying in the apartment.
4. Prices
Prices are in euros, all taxes included. The rate for each night varies according to the period and is shown in the calendar before any booking.
The total amount shown before payment includes:
- The price of the selected nights
- Any cleaning fee, charged once per stay
- The tourist tax
- Any discount applicable under a promotional code
No charges are added after this step: the amount shown when you book is the final amount.
The tourist tax is calculated according to the rates in force in the municipality where the apartment is located, collected on its behalf and paid over to it. Persons under eighteen are exempt, in accordance with Article L.2333-31 of the French General Local Authorities Code. This is why the split between adults and minors is requested when booking.
5. Payment
The total cost of the stay is paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment is made by bank card through our provider Stripe Payments Europe Limited. Card details are entered directly in its secure interface and never pass through our servers.
An invoice is issued for each stay. It can be made out to a company on request to infinitylodgegroup@outlook.fr, stating the company name and billing address.
6. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation terms depend on the time between booking and the arrival date. A booking made well in advance allows flexible cancellation; a last-minute booking, on the other hand, immediately ties up the apartment on dates we can no longer offer to others.
Booking made 14 days or more before arrival
- Cancellation no later than 7 days before the arrival date: full refund of the amounts paid.
- Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the arrival date: refund of 75% of the price of the stay.
- Cancellation less than 3 days before the arrival date: no refund, the full price of the stay remains due.
Booking made less than 14 days before arrival
These last-minute bookings are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, whatever the date, the full price of the stay remains due.
In all cases, the tourist tax is refunded if the stay does not take place: collected on behalf of the municipality, it is only owed by people who actually stay. Deadlines are assessed on the date the cancellation request is received, by reference to the scheduled arrival time. Refunds are made to the payment method used for the booking within fourteen days.
Any request for cancellation or change (dates, number of guests) must be sent to infinitylodgegroup@outlook.fr, quoting the booking reference. A change is subject to availability and may involve a price adjustment; if the new price is declined, the cancellation terms above apply.
INFINITY LODGE reserves the right to cancel a booking in the event of force majeure or if the apartment cannot be made available. An equivalent property is then offered where possible; failing that, all amounts paid are refunded, without any further compensation.
7. No right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code, the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services provided on a specific date. A confirmed booking therefore cannot be withdrawn from, but remains subject to the cancellation terms set out in Article 6.
8. Check-in and check-out
Self check-in is from 3 pm. Access details and the exact address of the apartment are sent by email once the booking is confirmed.
The apartment must be vacated by 11 am at the latest on the day of departure, unless the late check-out option has been booked in advance. This allows cleaning to be carried out between stays.
Early check-in or late check-out may be offered depending on the apartment's occupancy schedule. These services must be requested in advance and are not guaranteed.
9. Capacity and use of the apartment
The number of people staying in the apartment may not exceed the capacity shown on its listing, children included. Any unauthorised excess may lead to immediate termination of the stay, without refund.
The apartment is intended for temporary residential use. The following are prohibited:
- Parties, gatherings and events, as well as any loud music or noise
- Any commercial use of the apartment, in particular receiving customers, filming or recording for commercial purposes
- Any prostitution, as well as any unlawful activity
- Smoking inside the apartment
- Animals, unless agreed in writing in advance
The guest undertakes to comply with the building's co-ownership rules and to respect the neighbours' peace and quiet, especially between 10 pm and 7 am.
A security deposit of 300 euros is requested 24 hours before arrival. This deposit is not cashed if there is no damage and is released after departure, less any amounts due under Article 11.
10. Unlawful activities and immediate termination
The apartment is made available for strictly residential and temporary use. Any commercial use and any prostitution are prohibited, whether the guest acts on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party.
This prohibition is not a mere formality. Article 225-10 of the French Criminal Code punishes making premises available to persons engaging in prostitution or tolerating such activity: INFINITY LODGE would incur criminal liability itself by turning a blind eye.
If prostitution is found to be taking place in the apartment, the following measures apply:
- A report is made to the competent authorities, by filing a police report or by any other appropriate means.
- The booking contract is terminated automatically, without notice or formal demand, and the stay ends immediately. The guest and occupants must leave the premises without delay.
- No refund is due, regardless of the remaining length of the stay.
- The security deposit is retained, in full if necessary, to cover the costs of restoring and deep-cleaning the apartment.
If the costs incurred exceed the amount of the security deposit, the balance remains payable by the guest, as does the loss resulting from the apartment being unavailable during restoration.
The same consequences apply in the event of serious and repeated disturbance to the neighbours, unauthorised commercial use, manifest excess of the accommodation capacity or any other unlawful activity found in the apartment.
11. Condition of the apartment and liability
The apartment is handed over clean and in good working order, after professional cleaning before each arrival. The guest must report without delay any problem noticed on arrival, so that it can be dealt with and is not attributed to them.
The guest is liable for any damage and loss occurring during their stay, including those caused by the people they host. It is up to them to check that they have third-party liability insurance covering holiday rentals, generally included in home insurance policies.
INFINITY LODGE cannot be held liable for theft or loss of personal belongings in the apartment, or for inconvenience caused by external works or disturbances beyond its control.
12. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint must be sent to infinitylodgegroup@outlook.fr. Any problem arising during the stay must be reported to us immediately, so that a solution can be found on site.
In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code on consumer dispute mediation, after contacting us and if you are not satisfied with our response, you may use a consumer mediation procedure free of charge with: CM2C 49 rue de Ponthieu 75008 Paris, France Phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14 Email: litiges@cm2c.net File a dispute: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
Referral to the mediator requires a prior written complaint to INFINITY LODGE that has not received a satisfactory response. Mediation is free of charge for consumers.
13. Personal data
The data provided when booking is processed as described in our privacy policy, available from the footer.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and if no amicable settlement is reached, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. Consumers may bring proceedings either before the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded, or before the court of the place where the service is performed.
