Can I book the apartment for a business trip?
Yes. The apartment is in La Plaine Saint-Denis, in the heart of a business district, with fast public transport links to central Paris. It has fibre Wi-Fi and can be booked online for one night or several weeks (up to 30 nights).
How is it different from a hotel room?
You have a whole apartment: a bedroom, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine. Ideal for feeling at home, whether with family or on a business trip, with free secure underground parking on top.
Can I get an invoice in my company’s name?
Yes. Just email us at infinitylodgegroup@outlook.fr with your company name and billing address, and we will send you an invoice in its name.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is by 11 am at the latest. A late check-out option may be available depending on the apartment’s schedule. Access details and the exact address are sent by email once your booking is confirmed.
Is the tourist tax included in the price?
The total amount, including any tourist tax, is shown in full before payment: no surprises on arrival.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. For bookings made 14 days or more before arrival: full refund up to 7 days before arrival, 75% between 7 and 3 days, no refund less than 3 days before. Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival are non-refundable. Full details are in our booking terms; for any request, email us at infinitylodgegroup@outlook.fr.
Why book direct rather than through a platform?
When you book on our website you pay no platform service fees, just a fair price. You deal directly with us, with no middleman, before, during and after your stay, and your payment is secured by Stripe.
